These terms apply when you buy digital products from the OneAppleFall shop at oneapplefall.com/shop/. The products are sold by Cielariq Global LLC (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.
Products and delivery
- Our products are digital files (PDF, Excel/XLSX and Word/DOCX) delivered as ZIP downloads. Nothing is shipped.
- After payment you get download links on the order page and by email. Email links work for 30 days; you can request fresh links at any time.
- Each product can be downloaded up to 20 times per order. Contact us if you need more.
- Spreadsheets are designed for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Other apps may display some features differently.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and shown on the shop page. Sale prices apply only during the stated sale period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Sales tax or VAT may be added where required by law.
- Promotional codes, if offered, can’t be combined unless stated and have no cash value.
Your license
- You may use the products yourself and in your own business, print them for your household or classroom, and edit your copy.
- You may not resell, share, upload, sublicense or give away the files (edited or not), or include them in products or templates you sell or distribute.
- One purchase covers one person or one business. For team or school licenses, contact us.
- All content remains the property of Cielariq Global LLC. Puzzle quotes come from public-domain works.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: if something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days for a fix or a full refund.
Not professional advice
Our templates, calculators and guides are general planning tools. They are not financial, tax, legal or other professional advice. Tax figures (such as mileage rates and the Social Security wage base) are the official numbers available when the product was made and can change; check current figures and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
Limitation of liability
Products are provided as described, and we work to keep them accurate. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
