14-day money-back guarantee
- If a product doesn’t work, isn’t as described, or just isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- Tell us the email you paid with and which product. If there’s a problem we can fix (for example a file that won’t open), we’ll try that first, then refund you in full if you prefer.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
- After a refund, the download links for that product stop working, and please delete your copies.
After 14 days
We generally can’t refund purchases after 14 days, but contact us anyway if something is wrong: we’ll always help with broken or missing files.
Duplicate purchases
Bought the same product twice, or a product you already had in the Everything Bundle? Contact us and we’ll refund the duplicate.

Use our contact page and include the email you paid with. We aim to reply within two business days.
