Do you accept paid product placements?
Never. We have not accepted payment to cover, score, or rank a product. Affiliate links are clearly disclosed in every article but have zero influence on our scores or recommendations.
How do I get my tool reviewed?
Email submit@oneapplefall.com with a brief overview of your product. We prioritise tools our readers are actively asking about. We purchase our own licenses — there is no "submit for review" fee or fast-track.
Can I write for OneAppleFall?
We occasionally work with contributors who have real, hands-on experience with the tools they cover. Pitch to hello@oneapplefall.com with the subject line "Contributor pitch."
How do I report an error in an article?
Email hello@oneapplefall.com with "Correction:" in the subject line and include a link to the article. We aim to verify and update within 48 hours — accuracy matters to us.
How long until I get a reply?
Most messages get a reply within one business day. Partnership or PR enquiries may take a little longer — we read everything, but reader questions and corrections come first.
