VEO VIDEO PROMPTS — SYNC TEST CASE 01
5 clips x 9 seconds (generator ceiling: 10s)
Consistent look across all clips: muted amber and grey palette,
35mm film grain, shallow depth of field, no music on any clip.

PROMPT 001  ->  clips/001_host_archive_room.mp4   [9s]
Mode: on-camera speaker (dialogue generated with the clip)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
A documentary host in his forties, dark wool coat, stands in a dim
archive room lined with rolled paper maps on wooden shelves. Single
warm lamp from camera left, cool window light behind him. He looks
directly into the lens, calm and measured. Slow dolly-in from medium
wide to medium close. Dust drifting in the light beam.

He holds for one second, then says: "In 1990, this country had a
flag, an army, and a seat at the United Nations."

He holds the look for a beat after the line. Room tone and faint
paper rustle only.

PROMPT 002  ->  clips/002_kremlin_winter_aerial.mp4   [9s]
Mode: documentary B-roll (NO speech, ambient only)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Winter exterior, Moscow, December 1991. Slow aerial push toward
Kremlin towers under heavy grey overcast, light snow falling. Red flag
on the tower whipping in wind. Desaturated archival look, slight
halation on highlights, subtle handheld drift, 16mm grain.

No dialogue, no speaking figures. Ambient wind only.

=====================================================================

PROMPT 003  ->  clips/003_empty_square_snow.mp4   [9s]
Mode: documentary B-roll (NO speech, ambient only)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Ground level, same winter. Slow lateral dolly across an empty
snow-covered square, a few distant figures in dark coats walking away
from camera. A bare flagpole in the mid-ground, nothing flying from
it. Late afternoon, failing light. Same desaturated grain.

No dialogue, no speaking figures. Wind and distant traffic only.

=====================================================================

PROMPT 004  ->  clips/004_host_to_map_table.mp4   [9s]
Mode: HYBRID - on-camera speech 0-5s, then cut to B-roll 5-9s
---------------------------------------------------------------------
First five seconds: the same host, seated at a broad oak table
covered with an unrolled political map, lamp low and warm. Medium
close, slight push in.

At 0.5 seconds he says: "Fifteen new countries appeared overnight,
and every map was wrong."

At five seconds, hard cut to: overhead top-down shot of the same map,
a hand in frame drawing a new border line in red pencil across it,
slow and deliberate. No speaker visible.

Second half has no dialogue. Pencil-on-paper and room tone only.

=====================================================================

PROMPT 005  ->  clips/005_map_pan_old_lines.mp4   [9s]
Mode: documentary B-roll (NO speech, ambient only)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Slow pan across the map surface at a low raking angle, revealing
older erased pencil lines beneath the new red one. Shallow focus
rolling along the paper texture. Lamp warm from camera right, edges
falling into shadow.

No dialogue, no speaking figures. Room tone only.

NOTE FOR THE PIPELINE
Clip 004 must be treated as TWO segments (4A on-camera, 4B B-roll)
despite being one file. If the manifest treats it as one segment, the
ElevenLabs VO for 4B will be laid from 0:27 and will collide with the
host's on-camera line. That collision is the bug this test surfaces.
